Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If it has been 30 days since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund. As 55, comma 2, lett. d) del D.Lgs. 206/2005, some types of goods are exempt from return, among these downloadable software products; however, there are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, for a software product when it is damaged.



Once we receive your report, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your notice and are monitoring and investigating the situation. We will also notify you when your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or payment method used at the time of purchase, within a number of days.

No or late refunds

If you still haven’t received a refund, please check your account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@meridiantunes.com.

Only regular priced items can be refunded, not sale items.
